Вы являетесь партнером официально аккредитованного регистратора СП Наунет. Но регистрация там доменного имени второго уровня в домене RU на один год составляет 590 руб, а у вас всего 199.
Почему?

по регистрации. Все домены регистрируются на клиентов. на сегодняшний день, проверить это можно на любом сайте с проверкой доменов. вводите, смотрите whois, видите там свои данные.

я лично не нашел данных которые показывают мою хозяйство доменом? как можно определить это?

практически на любом сайте с проверкой доменов на занятость, в том числе и на нашем, в результатах поиска свободных доменов, рядом с занятыми доменами есть ссылка whois, при переходе по которой выдаются данные о владельце данного доменного имени.
